I recently needed to take my Ford Transit RV in for servicing after repeated jump starts. I had the opportunity to use their complimentary mobile pickup and delivery valet service and it was wonderful! My thanks to Tracey Harrelson for arranging the transport and to Jeff Stuckwish for driving my RV to and from Fowler Ford. As to the service, Andrew Ammerman, Service Advisor, made sure all work that needed to be done was completed in a timely manner. He routinely kept me advised of the status. Buying a car long distance from KC, Lu was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions to ensure I was making the right decision. He sent me all the info I needed on the vehicle and did a full video walkthrough as well! When I finally went in person to drive the vehicle and have it checked out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

I was looking for a new vehicle, and came here. Lou was my salesman, and he did a fantastic job. Any question I had, he had the answers, he showed me the various options they had for the vehicle I wanted, took me out for a test drive, and walked me through the various features of the car. After I agreed to buy the car, and had my trade-in appraised, I got to speak with Johnny over in finance. Johnny was great as well, and helped me set everything up. All I can say is that Fowler is a great place to get a new vehicle. If you are in the market for one, I can't suggest a better place.
I had little expectation of finding honest salespeople or reasonable rates after visiting several dealerships, but my experience with Jason completely changed that. Despite the fact that we're in the process of building our credit, Jason took the time to sit down with us, understand our needs, and worked tirelessly to secure an exceptional rate at a fair price. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and I highly recommend working with him for a seamless and trustworthy car-buying experience.
I called around to other dealerships to try and get my F150 serviced immediately due to a sudden downshift in gears, but everywhere else was booked out 3-5 days out to even see my car. I contacted Fowler and ASHLEIGH advised me they can take my car immediately and to just take into consideration at least 2 days to do a trans diagnosis alone. Luckily she managed to get a tech on it right away and they managed to get the diagnosis done that same day and was able to get my car repaired by the following day! I truly appreciate the efforts of the service techs and team to communicate effectively with me and have an amazing sense of urgency. I was able to only be without 2 full days.
I didn't have any issues considering they where going through a remodel at the dealership, it was organized pretty well. I would use them again.

Harrison worked very hard and succeeded in removing a stripped bolt that I couldn’t get off of my step bracket for THREE DAYS!!…. With his hard work and many tools…he accomplished the task at hand!! Despite the difficulties associated with construction at the dealership, the team did their best to make the customer comfortable and taken care of. The work was done in a timely manner and they didn’t try to push a bunch of unnecessary services on me like some dealerships do.
