Services done to my vehicle were fine… they no longer run your vehicle through the car wash or vacuum the floor boards like they used to which is a bummer. My biggest complaint is that it took them 5 hours to do the oil change… and I even had an appointment! So if you have plenty of free time and nothing better to do than sit in a dealership waiting area then this is the place to go.
Rarely do you see this type of great customer service these days. Very grateful to Fowler Ford and specifically Ashleigh in getting to the bottom of issue.

Sofia was an excellent salesperson. She communicated and talked with us through the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. I spoke to Tracey originally and she got me set up. Super nice, well spoken and eager to help! When I arrived I was greeted by Benson, his communication was great and he got me in and out! If you have a Ford and are in the Tulsa area, this place has a group people that do care to provide great service! They have obviously made lots of great changes, and whoever they have running service now has their team operating like a team. Relieved to find these guys!
Ashleigh the service adviser at Fowler Ford is the best! I was having a problem with the restraint system on my Ranger and the other dealer was going to charge me $200 to analyze the problem even though the truck was still under warranty. Ashleigh took care of the problem; it was covered under warranty and didn't cost me anything. Now that is good service!
Joe was absolutely fantastic. We told him what we wanted and could afford and he made it happen for our family. He was very friendly and professional. Our trip from Maine to Idaho was slowed down due to our transfer case. We called and talked to Andrew in service. He got us in immediately and the truck was diagnosed and parts were ordered. We were held up only 4 days (2 were the weekend). Thank you for getting us back on the road as fast as you could!
Fowler Ford is by far the best dealership I have visited. I got a brand new 2026 Ford Ranger XLT for the same payments I am making for my 2021 Ford Bronco. Thomas was my salesman. He and his team were all very friendly and it was easy to tell it was genuine. I will recommend Fowler Ford every time I get a chance.

Fowler Ford fixed my truck when no other Ford dealership would because my truck is a 2011. I was told by everyone that they did not wanna fix my truck because it’s difficult to find parts for it which was BS. Fowler told me they would fix my truck in the timely manner with no problems. And they did what they said they would do!!
