My initial visit to Fowler Ford was not the best. My sales person had to leave ill causing some miscommunication. I left very dissatisfied. However, the GM Mr. Powell(I forgot his first name, Rob I think) called me. We made a deal I am happy with,for the car I wanted over the phone. I went back in, worked with Rob in financing and left a happy customer. I will shop with Fowler Ford again. I suggest if you aren't making headway with the sales personal you ask to speak to Mr. Powell, he wants to make you a deal you and the dealership can be comfortable with.
Our trip from Maine to Idaho was slowed down due to our transfer case. We called and talked to Andrew in service. He got us in immediately and the truck was diagnosed and parts were ordered. We were held up only 4 days (2 were the weekend). Thank you for getting us back on the road as fast as you could!
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Fatih at Fowler Ford. We were able to negotiate price by texting/calling with Fatih before making the 2 hour drive to purchase. When we arrived at the car lot Fatih greeted us with kindness and patience as we test drove and finalized everything. Definitely would recommend him to friends and family in search of a new car!

On 08/11 the Mr. Pierce replied to my email while going through a difficult time buying/inquiring about a new car at this dealer. He stated they offered me a similar vehicle at a higher discount —something I was never told until that very moment. After I agreed to the out-the-door price, signed the proposal, sent all my documentation to Mr. Pierce, and was waiting for the finance manager to call to process payment Mr. Pierce decided to disclose “one last thing” that the vehicle I agreed to buy damage free was a hail damage vehicle and they had filed a claim on it, meaning the damage will show on the Carfax report and that it was not repaired. This disclosure came after I had already signed to agree to the numbers all with him, which I consider highly unprofessional and borderline deceptive. When I offered an adjustment to the price to account for the Carfax value loss due to hail damage, the Mr. Pierce refused and gave me until the end of the day (08/14) to accept their price. This high-pressure approach, along with the late disclosure of damage, solidified my decision not to proceed.
Fowler Ford was so easy to work with when purchasing my new car. They had the two Expeditions I was interested in ready to show me when I pulled on the lot. Horrible experience. I was dismissed and disrespected. I went with my husband to look at a particular truck. I told them once, and my husband told them multiple times that I was looking for a truck. That only my name would be on title and loan. They continued to dismiss me and wouldn't even acknowledge me. This was from our sales guy, Chris Cantrell, the sales manager, and the finance guy. I loved the truck, so I proceeded. Brought it home on Saturday, May 10th. Left it at home Sunday while out with family for Mother's Day. Monday driving to work, it went into limp mode. Multiple sensor lights popped up. I contacted the dealership. They acted concerned, up until I realized that at bare minimum, throttle body needs replaced as well as some sensors. Dealership hardly will respond. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it and the people are ridiculous.
made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

I just had my truck in for an oil change and recall repair. When it was determined that the recall would take several hours, the service manager, Andrew Ammerman, arranged to have someone drive me home and bring me back so I didn't have to wait there all day. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient but Andrew Ammerman needs a special shoutout for his overall ability to get things done with a great attitude.
LOVED my experience with this dealership. Chris & Brad were awesome to work with. Chris was so chill & patient, definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! Love my new Bronco!!!
