Our trip from Maine to Idaho was slowed down due to our transfer case. We called and talked to Andrew in service. He got us in immediately and the truck was diagnosed and parts were ordered. We were held up only 4 days (2 were the weekend). Thank you for getting us back on the road as fast as you could!
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Fatih at Fowler Ford. We were able to negotiate price by texting/calling with Fatih before making the 2 hour drive to purchase. When we arrived at the car lot Fatih greeted us with kindness and patience as we test drove and finalized everything. Definitely would recommend him to friends and family in search of a new car!

Horrible experience. I was dismissed and disrespected. I went with my husband to look at a particular truck. I told them once, and my husband told them multiple times that I was looking for a truck. I just had my truck in for an oil change and recall repair. When it was determined that the recall would take several hours, the service manager, Andrew Ammerman, arranged to have someone drive me home and bring me back so I didn't have to wait there all day. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient but Andrew Ammerman needs a special shoutout for his overall ability to get things done with a great attitude.

I had the opportunity to use their complimentary mobile pickup and delivery valet service and it was wonderful! Buying a car long distance from KC, Lu was extremely helpful and patient with me and all my questions to ensure I was making the right decision. He sent me all the info I needed on the vehicle and did a full video walkthrough as well! When I finally went in person to drive the vehicle and have it checked out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience!

I called around to other dealerships to try and get my F150 serviced immediately due to a sudden downshift in gears, but everywhere else was booked out 3-5 days out to even see my car. I contacted Fowler and ASHLEIGH advised me they can take my car immediately and to just take into consideration at least 2 days to do a trans diagnosis alone. Despite the difficulties associated with construction at the dealership, the team did their best to make the customer comfortable and taken care of. The work was done in a timely manner and they didn’t try to push a bunch of unnecessary services on me like some dealerships do.

Had to go for in for a recall on 2015 Ford explorer. Service guy and the lady were very helpful they got me in quickly. They had to wait on a lug nut socket for my vehicle cuz my other mechanic lost it for me so I had to go chase another one down. We recently bought a used Ford Ranger from Fowler because we are moving to Belize and needed a smaller truck to haul a trailer through Mexico. The truck is fantastic. Service was great! Free pickup and delivery of my vehicle for the oil change, and they provided extra services and let me know that my wiper blade was bad on the back. It cost me less to replace it there and have them put it on than it would have if I went to the parts store and got it myself. Very honest and wonderful service department.
